Chicken Noodle and Mushroom Hotdish


I actually made this all on my own! I wasn't hungry for really any of the meals I had planned. So, I decided why not take a bunch of stuff and mix it together. It turned out to be really good!




1 12oz box whole wheat pasta
2 cans of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms
3 diced green onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

*Cook pasta and drain. Then combine all ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-low.

Note: Lukas loved it! He ate almost all of his plate...which for a toddler is a great thing!

Ramen Noodle Salad

This one is for you Mom!

The first recipe I am posting is the Ramen Salad we had a few weeks ago and then again just Wednesday night. I am sure many know about this salad, but this summer was my first time making it. It's the easiest salad and oh so yummy too!

I didn't follow the directions completely. Here is what I did.

1 package of coleslaw cabbage mix
3 diced green onions
2 packages of chicken flavored ramen noodle (broken up)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
3 Tablespoons white sugar
3 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Combine and mix! YUMMMMMM!
